It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Founder and CEO. Florian lived a rich life to the fullest with wonderful experiences, personal and professional. Florian will be greatly missed by his many dear family, friends, colleagues and customers.

Florian immigrated to Canada in 1958 and began manufacturing locks for the office furniture industry in the 1970’s. Florian was a keen entrepreneur and founded Wesko Locks Ltd. Wesko flourished and now has office furniture manufacturing customers across North America, UK, Germany and China. Florian was an avid inventor and holds many patents for the office furniture applications.

Florian recently retired from active management and promoted his daughter Sybil to the role of President. He assembled a strong management team and Wesko continues to thrive on the path he set for the Company.
